I also love the angle of the pic, as though it's south Florida*.

Should be
“Along the Creek. Chelsea.”

I think it's someone trying to be funny. Showing everyone's shiny new building being under water.
With climate change and all..
"down on the water" might, just might not be the best sales line these days.
Apartments
Yeah, your stuff could get wet, but the owner takes the real bath if it goes under.
Innundation District Developments
I keep getting one for a new building that has a woman swimming with the Seaport layed out behind her. This started shortly after the area got a tad wet.
Beautifully done ad, but I'm not sure if she is recreating or commuting.
That will be commuting
in 20-50 years....

A new city section
The developer wants us to think an new and tony section of Boston has emerged.
First Time I Saw This I Thought It Was Miami
Adding a half-sunken trawler chained to one of the docks would have made it look more like Eastie.
Southie is east of Boston

Even more scale up
Hill Beacon. District Financial. Common Boston and Garden Boston.
Not sure about End South, Village Bay or Wayfen/Moreken.
We all know about the up and coming Portsea and Point Fort areas.
Square Kenmore
Friend of Flat Stanley
Left one out
End North or maybe Towncharles
Boston east
What happened to Eabo?
Trinity Management, LLC the
Trinity Management, LLC the people who manage this are the absolute worst. At first, they will have tons of people, even though some are rude. They will only keep the rude ones and slowly fire all the good people and not replace them. Services and upkeep begin to degrade, requests get ignored or take weeks to get done. The more you complain the less they do. I do not recommend living in this complex. Pay a little more and live at the Eddy or the several other places they are building in East Boston or the surrounding areas.

I find it fitting
because this fauxury trash is not East Boston.
