Orient Heights could get its Dunk's outdoor patio back

The Boston Licensing Board decides tomorrow whether to let the Dunkin' at 951 Bennington St. re-open its outdoor patio.

The Dunkin' Donuts won zoning approval in 2014 for a 12-seat patio when it added a drive-thru, but current owner Nicholas Jenkins had to shut the seating area after he bought the franchise in 2021 and discovered that the patio had never been listed on the outlet's food-serving license.

Nobody spoke against re-opening the patio.
