So close and yet so far: Franklin Line gets no gold star

At 8:46 a.m., Karen MacKenzie-Sleeman posted a photo of a Franklin Line train that had stopped just short of Norwood Central and had been sitting there for ten minutes:

The rest of my family is on it and they just want to get off at this station and get to camp and work on time.

A minute later, Keolis tweeted:

Franklin Line Train 703 (7:45 am from South Station) is stopped before Norwood Central and is 25-35 minutes behind schedule due to a signal issue and train traffic.

In fact, signal problems near Forest Hills are bollixing all the service into South Station via Forest Hills.

I can't see the photo due to Twitter BS, so how close was the train? Could they really not get permission to pass a signal or let people walk from there?

Looks like the poster deleted her tweet, but the photo showed the train less than the length of the station from the station.
