A stuck truck in Sumner Tunnel

Kasey Componeschi Thaw shows us the view out the rear window of a stuck truck in the Sumner Tunnel around 7 p.m.; reports the truck somehow turned into just enough of a bounce house to hit the roof of the tunnel.

How oversize does your truck have to be to not clear the Sumner (or Callahan or Ted Willilams) Tunnel?

I actually think Sumner is only like 12ft, while the Williams tunnel is 13.5' (interstate standard). Now that I think of it though, I can't remember seeing semis in Sumner. Has anyone else? (I dont think they list 'no trucks', just the height restriction...)
