Boston Police tweet a man in his 50s was stabbed shortly after midnight outside the Pizzeria Uno at Comm. Ave. and Harvard Ave. and that he suffered life-threatening injuries.
BPD follows up, says officers found the man lying on the ground, unconscious with multiple stab wounds; taken to Beth Israel Hospital.

Ed. note: BPD didn't initially announce the stabbing. Instead, they replied to this tweet from Mike Delatizky asking why there were police cones, a huge taped-off area and the homicide unit outside the Uno.
