Mid-day shootout: Occupants of two cars open fire on each other at Roxbury intersection

Police are looking for a black car and a red vehicle whose occupants decided to fire at each other on Hartwell Street at Cheney around 12:30 p.m. No innocent victims hit, although one resident reported a bullet came into his apartment.

Check out the Google Map Street View of this intersection and you will see a makeshift memorial on a telephone pole for some sort of unexpected tragedy

Can't it be like in the movies where kids would race for pink slips (owner registration) instead of shooting at each other?

Sad that I drive down this street because I have a client that lives on the street and her children play outside...it's not safe to do that at 12:30 in the afternoon in Roxbury...
