Dudley Station is a mess. Workers are unsupervised and the place is full of cars owned by T employees. Also, the Charlie Card area is not opened on time (5:00AM) and no service is provided to commuters (unlike low traffic T locations). Plus some of the drivers are unbelievably rude.
