Lynn? That's where Boston Police report they found Pedro Ortiz, the sixth and, until yesterday, the only missing, defendant charged with beating and stabbing Terrence Jacobs to death last May.

Ortiz was arrested without incident in an apartment in Lynn, MA. He will be arraigned tomorrow in Suffolk Superior Court.
