He eats at Sonsie, too
I saw him roll up to Sonsie last fall in a yellow Lamborghini. He nearly shut down traffic when he chose a streetside table. The guy seemed so incredibly relaxed; if it wasn't for the few hundred fans chanting his name it would have been hard to believe he was a celebrity.

on the other end of the spectrum, I was eating at Pho Pasteur in chinatown the other night, and wedged into one corner of the place was Kareem Abdul Jabbar. He was with two normal looking people, and though he was taller sitting down than most of the wait-staff walking around, he was barely noticeable.
