I love the way he couches it in terms of "the poor jurors", when you know he speaks for himself. Not that it wouldn't suck to be a juror.

And I was wondering if he wasn't playing the violin for the jurors ... if he was, thinking of them and their situation then it is a different kind of post. but i really can't tell.

But unfortunately the attempt to spin sympathy for the jurors is lost in the "Wah, reporting on a murder case is haaaaard."
Guess he'd have rather stayed back at the office yesterday, Photoshopping cowboy hats on the heads of Menino and John Kerry for today's front page.
I would have suggested
Burlington's Millpond Reservoir. It's much closer to the Courthouse and much quieter as it's surrounded by about 300 acres of conservation land.
Not much fun
I'm sure it's not much fun there in nickel-sized hail either.
