A Hyde Park woman was arrested yesterday afternoon when she stopped her SUV in a crosswalk in front of the Brigham and Women's emergency room, then got out and walked into the hospital - despite what police said were repeated requests from an officer to get back in her car and move it because it was now blocking access to all vehicles. Given one last chance to supply license and registration:

She responded with, "I don't have one, now what!"

Also in today's BPD report: An alleged South Boston dumbass was shocked to learn that driving a stolen car is illegal even for people with licenses and a Fenway man chased down a thuglet whom he found attempting to break into his apartment yesterday afternoon. The alleged knife-wielding punk was caught by a bicycle cop as the man chased him down the street.
