Kind Of A Shame
I haven't had any in a few months, but I used to buy shark on a semi-regular basis when it was available. It is similar in texture and taste to swordfish; perhaps just a tad more pungent. Certainly much less expensive.

Dr. Evil...
...ruined it for all of us. Stop n Shop took shark off the shelves because of the lasers attached to their heads, and nixed the sea bass because they were mutated and ill-tempered. They were decapitating too many of the customers.
