WOW what side should I

WOW what side should I choose in this fight.

On one side we have a city council employee who works in a city where the majority of the people dont even know the actual city councilors thinking that his position was going to do him any good. We have all come across these people and they really annoy me. I dont care if you work for the city council, that doesnt matter in this situation.

On the other hand I also hate parking garages. They are reckless (ok maybe not all, but the ones Ive been to tend to be) and the young guys they have working in them drive around way too fast (and thats coming from a guy with a 4 year old car, I can only imagine how I would feel with a new car) and having been inside one while the valet process was happening for something I was doing for work I can tell you that they squeeze these things into tight little spaces and stack them side by side , several cars deep.

I believe that the garage gave him the scratch, and I believe he probaly did more than mention he worked for the city council (I imagine some yelling was involved, and threats made.) They are both wrong, but I come down on the side of the council staffer. Staffers in these situations make less money then their private sector counterparts, and all they really have is their official position. If he were to use it against a normal citizen I would be made, but against a garage Im ok with it.
