Wilpers, late of BostonNow, is now director of global blog development for Global News Enterprises, the Boston-based international news site local TV veteran Phil Balboni is setting up for a team of investors that includes cable pioneer Amos Hostetter, Akamai Technologies president Paul Sagan and former Globe publisher Benjamin Taylor. And Wilpers is looking for the best 3-10 bloggers in each of 53 countries on six continents - along with interns to help find them.
