Bumperactive has designed Obama bumper stickers for each of the 50 states plus the District and Puerto Rico. I was a little disappointed with the MA design because 'mayflower' is not exactly the first thing that comes to mind when I think Massachusetts. In fact it took me a minute to recognize it.

It's a little plain. We have so many great state symbols like the Sawx and other pro sports teams, the Cape, John Adams, the Tea Party, etc. What would you have done with the design?
Here are some of the other states I liked.
Maine

New Hampshire

Vermont

Minnesota

You can check out the other states here at Bumperactive. Iowa is pretty cool. Wisconsin was obviously designed before the trade. Which is your favorite?

What bothers me is the punctuation - there's no periods in MA! That bumper sticker look more like "people with Master's degrees for Obama."
Even less than that

Looks like an ad for a rebranded University of Phoenix or something:
BA MA PHD!

Alabama?

It looks like it says "'bama", which would be "Alabama". The flower thingy doesn't immediately look like an "O". I doubt that it is a native flower, either.
It doesn't have a colonoid or a puritan on it. Can't be from here. We can't be a colonial history theme park if there aren't colonoids on everything. A triangular trade reference? ;-)
How about a Ship's Wheel for the O and some pullies and block/tackle or loom parts for the rest - industrial revolution references.
M.A.? Very bad, very bad. You only abreviate TWO words like that, not one! I mean, sometimes it may feel like Middle Assachusetts ... but that's all wrong.

Swrrly, I can't say I got into like you got into it... mulling over the current design and considering possibilities for a better one but I like the way your mind works and I'm glad you took my point.
I felt bad for Dave so I found him some some McCain bumper stickers.
They are not Boston or Massachusetts or state-related designs but I think you and the rest of the Uhub(bers), henceforth Uhubbers will enjoy them.

Just say NO to voting? Unless you can get a custom candidate to order?
I'm fine if Dave doesn't vote, though, as he doesn't appear to actually supoort anyone.
The word "NO" with the Obama

The word "NO" with the Obama logo forming one of the letters -- too much [em]nuance[/em] for some people?

But saying NO to Obama doesn't mean you actually support any other candidate ... I know my anarchist niece hasn't supported any candidates for president for years.

If they had used anything related to the red sox, both MLB and the Sox would have sued them so fast their heads would spin.
Anyone else reminded (by the pancakes) of Doonsbury's Waffle (Clinton)? I wonder what Doonsbury is using for our current crop of candidates...
You're right about MLB

They could have used a baseball but not copyright or trademark logo. Re: Doonesbury, dunno. You might find it here.

For you Jerry McGuire fans:
[IMG]http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk143/nfsagan/m...
It's unfortunate McCain printed this one because he too decided (about two weeks ago... better late than never) to become a candidate for change.

A noun, a verb and POW:
[IMG]http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk143/nfsagan/m...
How sexist and uncalled for!
[IMG]http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk143/nfsagan/m...
I won't drive until the press shows a little more deference to the woefully inexperienced Republican candidate for Veep.
Q: What's the Bush doctrine?
A: A worldview Charlie? Or is it gardening tips? I know: Plant in rich soil, water, fertilize, and trim in the spring.
