The good news: He's reduced the price of his Medfield estate by 37.5%, so it's priced to moooove. The bad news: That means it's still going to set you back $5 million.

They call it a McMansion. That looks more like a legit mansion to me.

Looks like if this sells for 5 million Schill will have lost money on the deal. Looks like he put down 1.5 mil in '04, and took that cash out of the house with a second mortgage in '07. Could he be thinking of walking away and letting the bank have it? Here is the public record data:

Schill originally had the house up for $8 million about a year ago. Bledsoe's original asking price was $9 million, but that didn't last. $5 million is a steal! ;-)
