Blog breaks the Harvard president news

First, count me among the people who really don't care who the president of Harvard is or why overly pretentious professors at (as Alex Beam would call it) the World's Greatest University are/were out to get him - except possibly as it affects the university's efforts to turn Allston into New Harvard. Yeah, I'm a rube like that.

In any case, props to Cambridge Common for not only breaking the story before the MSM, but before the Harvard Crimson, where loose lips sank ships - and fed the story to the blog before the Crimson could get to press (got so bad, he was even posting internal Crimson e-mail complaining about people leaking to him).
