That writer's been around for a long time. For at least the past 20 years, I've seen his (probably a guy) or her writings on traffic signal boxes, walls, sidewalks, everywhere.

He or she writes stuff like "The Coast Guard is posting officers on all MBTA trains". That does look like the handwriting I remember, and the same writing style too.
