I just saw a huge plane flying low over Cambridge with at least two fighter jets surrounding it. Anyone else see it?

I saw that, but it wasn't over Cambridge. I was on Harvard Av. in Allston and I saw it (a large passenger or cargo jet escorted by three fighters) south of me, heading west.

Hey, i saw that and actually had a really good view of each of the planes. It was actually a re-fueling cargo plane (had it's refueling boom extended) and 3 attack aircraft (the really scary ones they paint shark teeth on). It flew really low over the Longwood area.

I saw it just as my train arrived at Blanford St. I wasn't worried, but rather perplexed at why a tanker plane would be extending its fueling boom over a densely-populated area at such a low altitude.

Lorianne DiSabato was driving east on Rte. 9 in Newton (just past the apartments that sit where some of the 9/11 hijackers stayed on 9/10) when she saw the planes:
