No More Going Over The Border To Pee

That law is actually awesome, and we need one here. I can't tell you how many of my clients when I worked in a DMH program had sex offenses on their records for having peed while drunk/homeless/outofmeds/whatever. See, if you're a drunk college student in your Tommy Hilfiger garb and you pee in an alley, people just yell "ew" at you. But if you're a disheveled guy muttering stuff to yourself as you pee in the alley, someone will get outraged and call the cops and say that you were exposing yourself, and the particularly self-righteous someones will mention that it was RIGHT IN FRONT OF A PLAYGROUND, nevermind that it was 11pm at the time. Sure, we don't want people taking a whiz in public, so, yeah, it should be illegal, but it totally shouldn't be a sex offense especially given how discriminatory this law actually is when applied.
