As you can see, you are not alone in substituting "center" for "complex".
Works pretty well around West 49th Street in Manhattan -- why not try it here too until Harvard is ready to resume construction?
(I'd say the same for Filene's Basement, except that the Frog Pond rink is just a couple blocks away)
Velodrome. Could be used for most of the year, and provide both recreational and spectating opportunities.
