Technically, that is indeed an albino lobster. But it's more properly known as a "blue lobster."
True Blue Lobsters
I don't think so. Blue lobsters are a vivid blue color. Google "blue lobster" to see some examples. This lobster has almost no coloration and is hence an albino.
