Meters are free tomorrow in Boston - although you still have to limit yourself to two hours.

what about cambridge?
what about cambridge?
Cambridge and Somerville can fuhgeddaboudit
Evacuation Day is only a holiday in Suffolk County and, I guess, Somerville, which used to be part of Suffolk County, but, as the City of Somerville frantically tries to alert us:
What about Chelsea and Revere?
(I don't know if Chelsea or Revere actually have any parking meters, but if they do....)
Well in Revere at least
We do have parking meters, and no they will not be free that day.
Somerville in Suffolk?
Somerville split from Charlestown before Charlestown was annexed by Boston. Before Charlestown was annexed by Boston it was in Middlesex County, not Suffolk. I don't think Somerville was ever in Suffolk.
2 hour limit
And who will be monitoring the 2 hour limit if BTD has a holiday?
BTD
It's called overtime and holiday pay for those of the BTD who are lucky enough to be working that day
