The Herald reports construction's about to begin on an 11-story luxo-apartment complex near the Greenway to be called the Victor.

The Rose Kennedy Greenway ends at Sudbury Street. All of the currently-green space north of there is intended to be built on. This project is in the Bulfinch Triangle.
