I have friends with life-threatening seafood allergies who could go into anaphylactic shock if any of the fish got on their mouths. I know it sounds silly, but it's sadly easy to end up not breathing in situations like this if you have a severe allergy.

Why would someone with that severe of an allergy work at a place that prepares the catalyst?

Has Parts of Abe Vigoda in it.

Very dangerous if he gets in your eye.

I'd sue everyone.

Adam's headline doesn't seem to be getting enough credit.

The next time you're talking to a cop or an ADA, ask him/her what the strangest "dangerous weapon" they have ever seen in a report was. Shod feet and beer bottles are just so blasé.

I once had to evaluate a case in which someone had been convicted of A&B d/w, to wit, a roast beef.

I'm not kidding - apparently, the guy was working in a deli-like operation and got into it with a co-worker and nailed him with a (non-sliced) roast beef. In the interest of full disclosure, while I cannot recall for sure, I think that the roast beef might have been frozen.

so the allergy thing is ridiculous but the fact the customer is so out of control and cant function like a normal human being is a concern. perhaps he needs anger management or a psych evaluation. grow up my fish throwing tough man. life has its challenges but getting the wrong order at mcdonalds shouldn't be one of them...
