New tower would Hook into waterfront skyline

The Globe reports the family owners of James Hook & Co. are looking to replace their current seaside digs on Atlantic Avenue with a 22-story residential tower - and space for them to keep selling lobsters and other seafood in a new restaurant.

The Herald reports on parking concerns from the Municipal Harbor Plan Advisory Committee.

Wow! Boston proper is quickly becoming extremely expensive to live in, are the longtime lifers in various Boston neighborhoods who rent will they be driven out by high rents! This is a trend that's spreading from JP to North Dorchester to East Boston, all these neighborhoods once affordable places to reside, well, not anymore, where starting to see Charlestown price tags in East Boston, and N. Dorchester, thanks to the ongoing gentrification.
