was it caused by someone illegally driving w/ cellphone use?

Adam: stop posting photos that were taken illegally and dangerously. MA law bars any use of a cell phone except dialing while operating a motor vehicle in the public way. That includes using apps, taking pictures, browsing the web, twittering, etc.
