Not all T maintenance workers are clearing tracks. As Sybil shows us, a number were busy today clearing snow off the roof of the Riverside trolley facility.
Believe me, if the roof collapsed from the weight of all that snow and ice, (especially with potentially more coming,) people would be saying "With all those shovelers, why couldn't they have used some of them to clear off the roofs???"
had crews on the roofs today. The warmer temps made things heavier. Have seen predictions for rain / wintry mix this weekend? That'd be hell on flat roofs.

No trolleys because they're all pancaked under a collapsed roof.

Seems like a prudent move.
Is it Just Me...
...or are there more people cleaning the roof in that photo than there were cleaning the Red Line tracks a few days ago?
