Lies, they found that at the heart of the snow pile. It had to be removed to kill it.

This is #HedgeCone Rad, by Viktor Genel. It was at the Lawn on D's Play Day last month, set up as a piece of playable art for kids to interact with. If play is an intended use, I'm not sure why it's set up inside City Hall - it seems like it would be better to get it outside somewhere that kids go, preferably in the neighborhoods.

Is the trash can part of the installation, or just the cones?

I know what my new space saver is going to look like.
