West Roxbury house on fire

Boston firefighters responded at 3:55 p.m. to 132 Mt. Vernon St. for what quickly turned into a three-alarm fire.

The fire was reported knocked down around 3:20 p.m.

But that house has been on the market for over a year. They had an unrealistic asking price.

Actually, according to the registry of deeds it just sold today.

I'm bummed, I had checked out that house when it first went on the market. Definitely a fixer-upper but good bones.

I'm sure both insurer are going to battle it out over who's covering the property.

I don't think it was an intentional fire as the house had recently sold.
