Associated Press reports a federal appeals court won't lift its earlier ruling letting the NFL suspend Tom Brady for four games.

Brady wore a Trump hat and the NFL decided he should be destroyed for questionable fashion choices.

Meanwhile he wore Uggs for years without a much-deserved sanction for crimes against masculinity and common decency.
