Dead man, kayak found on Hull beach

Hull Police report they are investigating how a man's body and an overturned kayak showed up on the rocks along Channel Street in Pemberton Point around 9:25 this morning.

Perhaps both. It is easy to overestimate the water temp and select inappropriate clothing when the air is warm. You have to plan on getting wet.
Whatever happened, this is very sad for the guy and his family and friends.
