Sounds like a different boat to me.
I'd be surprised if the boat in the picture were more than twenty feet long and eight feet wide.

I think the original poster's point is that the photograph shows "Screwed Up Priorities" out of Quincy, MA, while the website shows "Screwed Up Priorities II", also out of Quincy, MA. One could imagine the same owner for both. (One could also imagine the boat having been sold or stolen instead, I suppose.)

They no longer have Screwed Up Priorities. The authorities have Screwed Up Priorities, and they want to hold somebody accountable for their Screwed Up Priorities.
If by Screwed Up Priorities
you mean having staff that wastes their time posting items on Twitter and Facebook, I couldn't agree more. However, if you're referring to impounding a trailer and boar that was left on private property, than you're way off base.
