Is there anybody out there who doesn't know that OUI means "operating under the influence of an intoxicating liquor?"

Couldn't it also be a narcotic, or weed, or even too much Benadryl? I think this is what the commenter is asking.

It doesn't have to just be liquor. From the first paragraph of the state law Adam linked to:

... operates a motor vehicle with a percentage, by weight, of alcohol in their blood of eight one-hundredths or greater, or while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, or of marijuana, narcotic drugs, depressants or stimulant substances, all as defined in section one of chapter ninety-four C, or the vapors of glue ...
