Two arrested for Ruggles Street murder

Boston Police report arresting two men for the shooting death of Yanuel Viloria at 180 Ruggles St. on April 21.

Robert Silva-Prentice, 19, and Malik Phillips, 18, of Waltham, will be arraigned in Roxbury District Court on Monday, police say.
