Crumbling Boylston Street Eyesore
Why can't the city claim a building like this which is more than just an eyesore but is also a danger to the public? If owners are going to neglect their buildings to the point that they are collapse and fall apart can't the city take it over - pay the owner the market value for what a derelict building is worth then fix it up and sell it for a profit?

They should rebuild and repopulate Med State. Hassan can have a padded cell adjacent to the one lived in by James Dickey.
Owner live in Sudbury?
Have a derelict burnt out building that he won't fix?
