NBC Boston reports 13 students and 3 chaperones were taken to Mass. General this morning after getting sick on a plane with some sort of stomach ailment. No word if they had the fish.
Since it appears to be members of one group traveling together that got sick - and no other passengers - it's less likely that airline food is the cause of this incident. More likely that there's a single food/water source that those members of that group had in common.

What airline do you fly...
...where they serve you food?
Long-distance flights
Isn't food service still pretty standard on a long-distance flight? You may have to pay extra for it beyond your ticket price.

You might want to read up on it. It isn't food poisoning - it is a communicable disease.
