I gather from date and time
I gather from date and time stamps that the BPD kept posting items that didn't go live and then all of a sudden that magic switch was turned on and posts from the last few days went live, including the irate test posts.
This isn't the first time
They've had problems with the discount host they're using.

maybe they are cheap because some cops are making 600 grand a year working overtime details.
