DA: Man was shot to death on Devon Street in Dorchester during a robbery

A Quincy man was ordered held without bail today on charges he shot Arnold Woodrum to death while robbing him in Woodrum's apartment at 107 Devon St. on June 14.

Lalance Smith, 29, was arraigned in Dorchester Municipal Court on charges of murder, armed robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
