Limping gunman keeps holding up local markets

Limping gunman in Dedham

From Aug. 19 robbery of Dedham store.

Police and the FBI have yet to catch a man with a limp and a gun who keeps holding up markets and gas stations in an area roughly centered on Hyde Park's Readville section.

Dedham Police have released photos of him robbing Terri's Market on Louise Road, just off Sprague Street, not far from Readville, on Aug. 19.

He's also wanted for holding up one of the two gas stations on Neponset Valley Parkway in Readville three times and trying to hold up the other one, as well as for robberies at stores in Roslindale, Randolph, Canton, Stoughton and Milton, according to the FBI, which has put a $10,000 bounty on him.

According to Dedham Police, the man is dark skinned and between 6'2" and 6'4" with a thin build. He appears to have something wrong with his left leg, forcing him to limp.
