Boston Restaurant Talk reports the Euro-style Swissbäkers closed every last one of its outlets in the Boston area yesterday.

Too bad -- that was a nice place.
The one at North Station had terrible hours and the prices were nothing special. Too bad.
I was never a fan. And the pretzels were always stale.
Ironic for me: I never went in the place because to me it had an appearance like some kind of multi-national corporate chain.
Sometimes it doesn't pay to look too slick.
