120-unit residential building proposed for Braintree Street in Allston

Anchor Line Partners, based in Post Office Square, says it will soon file plans with the BPDA for a six-story residential building to replace a small industrial building and parking lot at 90 Braintree St., at Penniman Road, in Allston.
In a letter of intent filed with the BPDA, the company said the building would have 60 parking spaces.
