DA says DNA evidence clears man convicted of Roxbury murder in 1992

WBZ reports Suffolk County prosecutors today joined Ronnie Qualls's lawyers in arguing he was wrongly convicted for the murders of Roosevelt and Ronald Price in 1992. A judge will now decide whether to release him.

Is it just a formality at this point or does this guy really have to hope a judge agrees with the science.

(I know, I know, this is Massachusetts and not Kentucky) It's just that denying science is a proudly displayed trait of a certain and not small portion of our populous as of late.
