West Roxbury restaurant shuts down for the interregnum

Rox Diner on Centre Street announced today:

Friends, our staff got together and we all decided and agreed that temporarily closing our doors is impossibly heartbreaking - but it is the right thing to do.

We’ve donated our food to foodbanks and to our staff and their families.

We can’t thank you enough for your warmth, support and encouragement, but the time has come for everyone to stock up on food and stay home.

We send you love and pray for your safety.

Everybody is in this together and, as soon as we’re called upon to get cookin’ for our beloved friends again, we will be ready!
