MS-13 member admits to helping kill a teen in a Lynn park

A Salvadoran national living in Chelsea faces life in prison after admitting he was one of several MS-13 members who killed a teen in a Lynn playground by stabbing him dozens of times in 2018, the US Attorney's office reports.

Eliseo Vaquerano Canas, 21, pleaded guilty to a RICO violation yesterday in US District Court for his participation in the Aug. 2, 2018 murder, allegedly because he and other gang members thought the teen was ratting him out.

He faces sentencing June 18, which could include both life in prison and a deportation order should he ever get out.
