Randolph man charged with double stabbing at the Bell in Hand

Boston Police report arresting Alex Brito, 36, of Randolph on charges he stabbed two employees of the Bell in Hand on Union Street last night.

Police say that other workers managed to restrain Brito inside the bar until police arrived, around 10:10 p.m.

The officers quickly made entry and observed the suspect violently struggling while two victims lay on the ground being tended to by other staff members. Officers were able to gain control of the suspect, placing him in custody and recovering a knife on scene. Boston EMS soon arrived on scene and transported both victims to a local area hospital for treatment of injuries of injuries which are currently deemed to be non-life threatening in nature.

Brito was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, resisting arrest and making threats, police say.

I have to wonder if some one lost it after being asked to put his mask on. I fear this is gonna be the effect of booze on those who have grown feral over the last year.
