Somebody in Ohio mailing dimes to businesses in Wellesley

The Swellesley Report reports a Wellesley business owner reported getting an envelope from somebody in Ohio that contained only a dime, and that other local businesses had gotten similar dime mailings.

Did Candace Bergen re-sign up with Sprint and they are once again offering 10 cent a minute long distance rates**

** 7pm to 7am M-F, all day Sat & Sun. Direct state to state calls. Canada not included.

He didn't want to copy Swellsley-- they used it in their headline, curse them.
