By Friday, you'll be sick of turkey so time for a Boston ramen crawl

The Japanese consulate has organized a ramen crawl for Friday - get ramen at the listed noodle joints in Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and Medford and collect stamps - when you get five, that's enough to get a T-shirt proving that the day after Thanksgiving, you ate a lot of ramen.

I still know what you mean. Anything ramen is brilliant, especially with scallions, oyster sauce (or fish sauce, but just a bit of either: too much can be overwhelming because they're so salty) and some pepper base. Top with anything else you might like, vegetable or otherwise. A great way to deal with leftovers!

I actually bought some fresh Ramen for this very purpose!

I made the broth tonight with the giblets that I removed when I set up the brine.
