What the T calls a "signal problem" near Maverick has caused a morning commute from hell on the Blue Line.

when people say “this development is steps from Maverick Station” and all the fools say “yeah, so no parking spaces are needed”.

As a reminder,
The T shutdown this half of the line to replace this and all the trackwork. It has not even lasted a year.
