Bostonians to send banned books to Florida

GBH reports on work by local online entrepreneur Paul English and Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners member Joyce Linehan to set up BannedBooksUSA, which lets Floridians pick a book from a list of books their governor objects to and then order it for just the price of shipping.

Yeah, books used to be banned in Boston. Sam the Sham even sang about it:

This is the level of taunting i adore

Some of these books are not age appropriate for certain kids.

I wouldn’t buy them for my children and I would hope I sons school would try and push it on him.

Education should be age appropriate.

Nobody's forcing you to buy any of those books.

but how do you feel about your kid reading Anne Frank's Diary or Baldwin's The Fire Next Time?

Better ban them for all kids of all ages, then! Solid reasoning.

We can't solve our own issues so we will turn Florida blue with books? We will show them all, what a joke.

I'm picturing DeSantis curled up on the floor in a corner crying for mercy pleading, "No more! We'll keep the refugees and asylum seekers, just stop sending those books!!"

The solution found a problem

...if you read a book now and then.

The Turner Diaries, Atlas Shrugged, etc...

The Divided States.

This is cute, but first they have to know how to read!
